I totally agree with DB49. From a technical perspective, it's an easy action. However, we must firstly engage with Business Users' representatives to have an agreement on retention periods. For me 30 days seems to be acceptable but maybe there are crucial reasons to have a longer period.
Anyway, it's clear that housekeeping procedures are essential to system performance so it has to be done.
