In the BAPI BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CHANGEUSRSTAT
USRSTATUS has the data.
Exporting parameter

The problem for me is that when the User runs the BAPI to update the Status,
i) If the Notification has the Same Status or ii) if there is a new status
then it should return with a message
