Thanks for your advice.
I asked to increase the mem from 8GB to 16GB and tried again limit the search criteria with 1 bin located WH.
Process run 1 hour, and end successfully.
Checking the memory, it used 12GB ....
As this function is new, I'll contact SAP support.
