For detailed information on how to enter legacy data into migration templates, see the Introduction sheet and the Field List sheet of the template.
Regarding leave days, note the following:
•If the Time File Start Date is the first day of the year (01/01), the system adds the leave days automatically to the time file.
•On the Employee Time Accounts sheet you can define the amount of leave days already taken in the Quantity column.
Enter the quantity for already spent leave days with a minus sign, for example -15.
•If the Time File Start Date is not the first day of the year, enter the remaining leave days on the Employee Time Accounts sheet in the Quantity column, for example 12 (a plus sign is not required).
•Under Time Model, only enter schedule models. (For details, see Prerequisites in section in the help center document)
