Have you tried pressing cancel? I remember in one client often facing the same issue when I first opened the web dynrpo designer. The popup window would error if I entered my credentials; however, the popup just went away when I pressed cancel and did not stop me carrying out any changes in the Web dynrpo view designer despite me not entering any credentials in that particular popup. It was a bit annoying but it did not prevent me from getting on with my work.
