I could solve the issue last week by undeploying all custom components and afterwards deploying them again.
Unfortunately the error appears again now, this time redeployed wec/frw/tc/core/app as advised but without success.
A colleague stated that WCB's site resolution is not stable during development, sometimes the issue can be solved by a engine restart.
Can you elaborate what could cause the issue, are there ways to avoid it altogether?
