Dear All,
In my Project system structure, i have a WBS for a main activity. In that WBS, i want to track cost by department.
Scenario: every department is a cost center for me.
Can i assign a dollar amount to the cost center directly OR do i need to create a WBS for the department under the activity and then assign the amount to the same.
I want to track cost of the project by department.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
